Change In Subscriptions

If users choose to upgrade their subscription midway, their new subscription period will commence only after the completion of their current plan.

Step 1: Change Your Subscription Through Self-Service Portal​

To upgrade your subscription plan, please visit our self-service portal, select your current subscription plan, navigate to the "edit subscription" option, and choose a new plan that suits your preferences.

Step 2: Review Your Changes​

After making your changes, you can review your newly scheduled plan through the "View scheduled changes" option. This will provide a summary of the modifications you made along with the effective date.

Step 3: Payment​

Your next payment will be automatically made according to your updated subscription changes. You can always return to make edits before the next payment is due.
